Meet Deva
I have dedicated my life to exploring inner healing and transformation though various traditions/practices, including yogic philosophy, plant and traditional medicine and energy healing. Learning from various indigenous peoples from across the Americas.
I am particularly passionate about women’s health and rites of passage. By restoring the connection to our womb and heart, honouring our cycles each one of us carries deep wisdom and medicine for ourselves, family and community.
I believe that ritual and ceremony gives a deeper meaning to life and transforms everyday living into the sacred. It also creates a bridge between this world and the Great Mystery.
I previously worked in Social Care. I am a certified yoga & meditation teacher, breathworker and ceremonialist. In addition to my training in birth work, and the time I spent studying traditional medicines with indigenous groups. I have trained in abdominal Mayan massage and holistic health with the Rosita Arvigo Institute. Since 2020 I have practiced in the shamanic arts as a healer and facilitator of plant medicine ceremony’s for Beckley Retreats, part of the Beckley Foundation London.
